How do I make an offer?

Open the listing and click Make offer. Enter your price and any conditions. The seller can accept, decline, or counter. Once both sides agree, you continue to checkout where funds enter escrow.

How does escrow work as a buyer?

When you pay, the funds are held by Switch Socials in our internal escrow — they are not sent to the seller yet. The seller transfers the account, you confirm the handover, and only then are funds released. If something goes wrong you can open a dispute before confirming.

How do I confirm delivery?

Once you have full control of the account credentials and any recovery info, return to the order page and click Confirm delivery. Take your time — funds only release after you confirm or after the dispute window closes.

Do not click confirm. Message the seller through the order chat first; many issues are simple miscommunications. If they go silent or the account is wrong, open a dispute from the order page and our team will step in.

Because funds sit in escrow, a refund is simply releasing the held balance back to you instead of the seller. This happens automatically when a seller cancels, or as the outcome of a dispute decided in your favour.

Head to /sell-accounts and follow the listing wizard. Add the platform, niche, audience stats, screenshots, and a clear description. Honest, complete listings convert better and reduce dispute risk.

Look at recent comparable sales on the marketplace and consider niche, engagement, and monetisation. You can accept offers below list price, so it is fine to start a little high — just be ready to negotiate.

We pay sellers in crypto via Coinbase. Once the buyer confirms delivery (or the dispute window passes), your balance becomes available for withdrawal to your connected wallet. There is no wire transfer or card payout option.
