Our mission
Switch Socials exists to be the secure marketplace for trading social media accounts. We're building the infrastructure that lets creators, operators, and investors transfer audiences with the same confidence they'd expect from any modern financial platform — protected by escrow, settled in crypto, and backed by real human oversight.
Why we built this
Account sales used to live in DMs and group chats — buyers wired money to strangers, sellers hoped the funds would land, and everyone crossed their fingers. Scams were common, recourse was non-existent, and the whole market was held back by a basic lack of trust.
We built Switch Socials because audiences are real assets and they deserve real rails. A marketplace where money is held safely until delivery, where sellers know they'll actually get paid, and where disputes are handled by people who understand the space.
What makes us different
Three things we refuse to compromise on.
Internal escrow protection
We hold buyer funds ourselves until the account is delivered and confirmed. No third-party escrow service in the loop, no hand-offs, no surprises.
Crypto-native payouts via Coinbase
Sellers get paid in crypto through Coinbase, so settlement is fast, borderless, and built for the way creators actually move money.
Dispute resolution by humans
When a deal goes sideways, real people on our team review the evidence and make the call. Not a chatbot, not an opaque algorithm.
How escrow works
Every transaction follows the same protected path.
Buyer pays
The buyer funds the order and Switch Socials holds the money in escrow — the seller can see the deal is backed before lifting a finger.
Seller delivers
The seller hands over account credentials and any required transfer steps through the platform.
Buyer confirms
The buyer verifies access. If something is off, they can open a dispute within the inspection window and our team reviews it.
Funds released
Once the buyer confirms (or the dispute window closes cleanly), funds are released to the seller's crypto wallet via Coinbase.
